Sometimes, a positive experience at a hotel isn't just about the beautiful location or excellent service, but also about the "kindness and attentiveness of the staff" that makes us want to share our experience. ❤️ Today we attended a seminar at the AVANI Sukhumvit Hotel. After the seminar, my boyfriend and I went to Century Mall on the 3rd floor and had dinner until about 7:40 PM. We then went down to the 2nd floor to use the restroom, carrying our bags with us that contained some purchases. Upon returning home, I discovered my bag was gone. I assumed I had forgotten to take it with me in the car, so I decided to call the hotel at 9:13 PM. What happened next impressed us even more than we expected. 🥹 As soon as they received the report, the officers promptly coordinated and contacted me to inquire about the details. They called to ask for additional information and requested photos to help with the search. Importantly, before sending the photos to anyone else, the officers also asked for my permission first. These small details made us feel cared for and safe. Everyone was willing to help as much as possible. There wasn't a single word that made us feel hopeless, even though we had already said, "It's okay if we don't find anything." At 11:13 PM, the officer called back to inform us that, after checking the CCTV footage, they had found that my boyfriend and I had left the mall with that bag. She also provided this information politely and said she had personally checked the parking area we had mentioned. Even though the bag wasn't found in the end, what we received today was the kindness, dedication, and care from the team that truly made us feel WOW. ❤️ I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to all of you. 🙏 Thank you to the staff who helped coordinate and conduct the search in this incident. 💚 Tribe 💚 My 💚 Foam 💚 May 💚 Rewat – Security Team I wanted to leave this review as encouragement, and I hope the hotel will pass on my compliments to all the staff. 😊 Today's experience has further increased our confidence and appreciation for AVANI Sukhumvit Bangkok. If we have foreign friends or clients looking for a hotel, we will definitely recommend this place.
