Overall, it was very clean, and they cleaned the room properly every day. I added hotel breakfast on the first day due to schedule changes. Breakfast was a buffet, and the food was very delicious and satisfying. If you book at the front desk the day before, there's a discount, and the price wasn't that high, so I recommend the breakfast. Regarding the location, I thought it was on the west side when I was looking at the reservation app, but it was actually near BIFC/Busan Bank Station. There are hardly any restaurants or cafes around the hotel, and you need to walk about 8 to 10 minutes to Taura Station. The staff's service was generally fine, but on the second day, the room was not refilled with water, so we had to ask the front desk, and they provided two extra bottles. However, the handling at check-out on the last day was very disappointing. I told the female staff member at the front desk the wrong room number, and she replied in a very displeased tone, "There is no such room number," while glaring at me. I was really surprised by that attitude. Furthermore, when I told them I wanted them to hold six pieces of luggage for me and that I would come back for them later, the service was very unfriendly. Even when I was told to line up the luggage, the attitude was constantly annoyed, and it was not a pleasant experience. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast was delicious, so even though the location was a bit inconvenient, I thought it was a hotel I could recommend to people. However, the impression changed significantly due to the way the front staff treated me during the final checkout. I was satisfied with the hotel's facilities and cleanliness, so the last response was truly disappointing. From this experience, I do not recommend it to friends or family.

I didn't get the feeling that the front desk service was friendly overall; there was some noise, the elevator was very insufficient compared to the ceiling height and number of rooms, and honestly, the TV was so old and worn out that it felt like I hadn't seen a TV like this in a very long time.

I really appreciate places that keep things simple, and this one is exactly that. No fuss, no frills, just a pleasant experience without any unnecessary extras. Everything was straightforward, and I got exactly what I was looking for. Sometimes, keeping things simple is what makes the experience truly enjoyable. Definitely a place I’d be happy to visit again!
