We are luckily be upgraded to a awesome suite. The staff are all pretty friendly. Also, the facility are awesome especially the rooftop swimming pool.

The hospitality from the hotel is really amazing. The staffs are very friendly and always greet us . We also got a dish of dessert from chef Sunjay, Natty , Beem, Chakeerah. There are a various choices for you to choose for breakfast too. The cliff restaurant was nice , food are yummy with an amazing view from the fifth floor. The room was clean but we could hear sound from upstairs and next door guest easily. We also got some problem with the toilet but we got help from the hotel staff and mechanic fast. The hotels maids are nice and friendly too. We got a towel elephant they made on the bed after cleaning, very cute!!! Overall , we really enjoy our stay here.
